As a 4th generation native of Baldwin County, born and raised in Gulf Shores, AL., and as a family member (as well as a 20 year employee) of one of the longest standing family-owned Vacation Rental Management companies in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach, I have spent my entire life learning, observing, and being actively involved in the progression of both the real estate and vacation rental industries in Baldwin County. What can I say? I was born into it, and honestly, I love it. I love it, only because I have a thorough understanding of ALL the moving parts. The fact that I am currently one of only a handful of Realtors with my Certified Resort Specialist accredidation and because I also hold position as Director of Business Development for Young's Suncoast Realty & Vacation Rentals, I feel my experiences and background qualify me to weigh in on topics pertaining to coastal investment properties, sharing my knowledge and insight regarding both sides of the coin when buying and selling real estate along Alabama’s gulf coast and the sometimes the double edged sword that comes with owning and maintaining a short-term rental investment property in our area. I strive to provide exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable services to current and future clients, as well as do my best to have a positive impact on the growth of Baldwin County.
